The social media marketing industry is thriving and Facebook is still seen as the most far reaching social media platform on the internet, which is why you should be considering taking advantage of Facebook ads. In fact, below are 6 tips for a healthy Facebook ad campaign that can help you enjoy success. But before we move on, it’s important that you realize that your Facebook ad campaign is not just about the ads you pay for, but also your daily interaction on Facebook, which promotes and advertisers your business.
#1 Make Sure to Include Images – The use of images, strengthens your Facebook updates. Make sure your Facebook ad campaign includes an image as this will lead to a much higher rate of sharing and commenting by those initial click through visitors. You want fan engagement and this is a great way to do that.
#2 Contests and Giveaways – Facebook lets you promote contests and giveaways. Just post your offer and then amend it to ‘promoted post’ on your wall. If it’s a really good offer, make sure you promote it to those people who aren’t currently your fans using your Facebook ads. One good source for the give away iswww.kingsumo.com
#3 Taylor Your Facebook Ads – When you setup your Facebook ad campaign, make sure that you tailor your ads to the correct market – age, gender, region, etc. There are many options for you, so fine tuning your audience so you get the exact people you want clicking through is not that difficult. This is a powerful tool so make use of it.
#4 Provide Enough Information – Your Facebook ads need to contain enough information to entice the viewer to click through. Make use of your space! Then on your Facebook page make sure that you provide answers to every question asked – email, description, website, etc. This information builds confidence, so when your viewer clicks through they are much more likely to stay on the page they landed on.
#5 Respond to Comments – Your Facebook ad has worked, in that your viewer has clicked through and landed on your Facebook page. Now they post a comment – here’s where you need to be sure you are replying in a timely manner. It can be the difference between keeping this potential customer an losing them.
#6 Post 10 – 20 Times Each Day – Many don’t realize that you need to post lots. Posters worry that they are bombarding their fans when in actuality only 5% of fans will see your average post. Content is also important. Don’t be sending spam or annoying posts. Make sure each post has a message and learn what days and what times of days your market is most likely to be available.

Have you noticed that every time you go to the internet to look for one specific subject, suddenly you find yourself reading and looking at something completely different?
One time a friend told me, “I don’t do the internet because it is a complete waste of time.” Humm, I can see why, and I think she has a point here!
Yes, it could be a complete waste of time if you let the traps get to you and you become distracted from your main objective.
Imagine going to a restaurant with extreme hunger, and you see all sorts of delicious displays of foods, however, you are so focused on your hunger, you try to eat everything, without thinking? The results? A few hours later you find yourself with a big tummy ache.
Yes, is true, we have a plethora of information on the internet, however, at the same time we need to exercise caution, as we strive to understand the different traps that could take our focus away from our original goal and cause us lose our precious time.
Next time that you go to the internet beware of the following 5 Traps that could make you lose your focus:
1- Beware of the advertizements you see around you when you are looking for your objective. Even if they are related to your subject, stop and make a note to return later after you have finished your project.
2- Beware of the LINKS that will take you to other places you are not interested in at that moment. Retract and keep your objective.
3- If you are looking for a specific subject, Beware of the thousands of the Same Subject Titles. You can’t read them all. Select one or two that will assist you in finishing the specific job. Don’t try to review them all and waste your precious time.
4- Beware of UNFOCUSED time. If you feel you are wondering, you may be in the TRAP. Simply, stop and get out. Re-Focus, keep and take control of your time.
5- Beware of the OVERNIGHT GET RICH QUICK PROMISES you find. Understand that making money online is possible, but not overnight and not without working hard. If you want to make money on the internet you need to apply yourself to the task every day. Have a system that will optimize your efforts and the opportunity to be successful.
There are hundreds of people that have achieved success by avoiding these traps.
They have succeeded and have earned fantastic money online because they cared about people, and they cared about themselves in their efforts to succeed.
One good place you could find reliable business people is LinkedIn.
If you are reading this page it is because you are interested in building your online business.
Maybe you have been looking for a good way to start, but can’t find a step-by-step easy to understand system.
Maybe you are not sure what to do, or maybe you have been working very hard but your business has not produced at all.
Or maybe you started with the hopes of exposing your company to thousands of people around the world and make sales…but nothing happened. It’s as if you were invisible!
Or maybe your computer didn’t work? Hum…Don’t worry…you are not the only one having these feelings!
My name is Julies and the same thing happened to me. I have been working in the internet for the past seven years. I have done everything, MLMs, Affiliates, Non MLMs, you name it! I’ve fallen into many traps. I have lost thousands of dollars. I was going in so many directions…joined systems that never worked; and no matter what I did…nothing worked!
The results were…frustrations, disappointments, to the point of almost giving up many times.
Until one blessed day…by pure coincidence, I happened to see an old friend on an online Network list I was interested in. I read she was the number two income producer in the Network, making from 6 to 7 figures a year.
-What? Can anybody really make that kind of money in the internet?
I thought to myself… Hum! What is she doing that I haven’t done before!
The next day, I called her and asked her to mentor me. She explained to me how an online business works and what steps you need to take in order to make any company produce. – Aha! Finally!
I understood what I was doing wrong and why I couldn’t make any money. I realized also why very few Networks, businesses, and individuals, can’t achieve success.
3 Things You Must KnowThere are three mandatory elements you need to have in the internet:
If you are willing to follow this simple step-by-step system, you will also understand the “key to succeed” on the internet.
How Much Money Do You Need To StartIn order to start your business you need four basic products. There is no business you could start for free. You will always have to “invest” in programs, systems, advertise, and much more. That is the reality of any business. You need money to make money.
Please understand the difference between “spend” and “invest.” You are not going to be spending money that will never return to you; that is spending. You will be “investing” meaning… that money will come back to you in abundance.
You Need Four Basic ProductsThese are the basic tools you are going to need in order to have a productive business.
One Domain.…………..$14 . onetime per year
Aweber…………………..$ 19 per month
LeadPages.…………….$ 34 per month
Blogging System……..$ 25 per month
Total $92.00 and $78.00 monthly.
If you already have an online business but you are missing one of these tools, please regroup and get it; because if you are missing one element, you are not set up for success.
With this realistic expectation you are going to learn how to take your business to the next level, and produce the necessary income you and your Company deserve.

Yes, Blogging for Newbies... what does it mean? Maybe you are new to the Internet and, having heard so much about blogs, want to know more about it.
Or maybe you have been online for a long time, but that’s just not an area you have investigated much before now.
Either way, it is possible for someone with absolutely no blogging experience to start a blog today, and have a successful blog up and running in just a few weeks, or even days and make money if they want.
So, what is blogging? It’s a way to make money while having fun writing about the things you love. Blogging is to write about (an event, situation, topic, etc.) in a blog. You can voice your opinion on every subject you like. You can write about trends, latest news, dogs, cats…there is no limit to your imagination!
You need to have a platform in order to get your thought to the world, here are some examples… WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr.
However there is another platform that will make your blogs go “Viral” and that is the Network Viral Blogging System. They have a basic package, affordable to all. When I say basic, I don’t mean that the product is basic because it’s far from it but it’s their basic priced package.
For a very low price per month, you get a fully functioning blog and a series of training videos to help you get started in the world of blogging and earning money as an affiliate of the Network.
However, you can also apply the blog and the techniques that Dave teaches you to any industry.
If you have a blog about growing tomato plants then you can still use your blog and the training system to make money.
The set-up is pretty easy. All you need to do is add a few things such as a bio page and your contact details and you’re ready to start blogging.
There’s hardly anything you need to do because most of it is done for you.
The Network found it necessary to develop its own very own blogging platform. This second generation platform, they say, is everything that WordPress was meant to be.
The applications are accessible in just a few easy clicks; writing, uploading, sharing, and everything else a blogger needs to do, are done in a few simple steps.
It is in this aspect that the Network Viral Blogging System will definitely outperform other popular blogging platforms. Most users, especially those who are just starting out in the online market, find it hard to use other blogging platforms.
Availability and Pricing
Since its launch early in October, the Network started to upgrade their existing user accounts with no additional fees.
For those who are interested to become a member, ENV2 is available for a very low price per month.
This gives you access to the innovative blogging platform as well as its mobile application feature.
By becoming a member and start blogging in their platform; you have the opportunity to join more than 40,000 active affiliates to help you with your online business; that’s a world of opportunities for you to succeed in your online quest. That is huge!

Advertisements play an important role in blogging and are a way to make revenue. However, if you have too many ads, chances are you will not attract as many readers.

“How To Survive As A Woman”
Found this article published in docstoc by Mircea Vlaicu. Monday Sept 22,2014 Congratulations well done!
Entrepreneurial Environment: This section examined factors that influence the entrepreneurial spirit, like perception of opportunity, startup skills and willingness to start a business.
Entrepreneurial Ecosystem: This section examined variables that influence access to institutions and resources, such as gender gaps, the technology sector and competition.
Entrepreneurial Aspirations: This section examined factors related to resource availability and market characteristics. This included external financing, product and process innovation, and internationalization.
The report focused on promising and potential entrepreneurs, which were both labeled as “high-potential” entrepreneurs. This category is composed of women who have the highest likelihood of being affected by positive changes in public and national policy.
This group of female entrepreneurs falls on the fence between reluctant entrepreneurs, who are forced into entrepreneurship by circumstances, and die-hard entrepreneurs, who are exposed to entrepreneurship from a young age.
The United States was ranked first, with a score of 83 out of 100, followed by Australia (80) and Sweden (73). These three countries created overall favorable conditions for women, providing both equal rights as well as business access to leadership roles.
Interestingly, the United States performed low on the prevalence of high-potential women entrepreneurs in the tech sector. The male-dominated tech startup culture has discouraged female entrepreneurs who do not fall under the die-hard entrepreneur category from entering the field.
The top three countries also scored low on opportunity perception and exposure to entrepreneurs.
The middle 14 countries scored between 49 and 30, and included Spain, China, Turkey, Brazil and Malaysia. These countries typically had a good business environment but lacked female leadership, which is necessary to foster high-potential women entrepreneurs.
Other countries that ranked at the bottom, such as Ghana (24-25) and Pakistan (30) scored high on factors such as willingness to start.
Pakistan also showed relatively high scores for Product Innovation and Process Innovation, meaning that female entrepreneurs are bringing new products to the market and are using new technologies.
Unfortunately for the women in lower ranked countries, the institutions necessary to promote equality and entrepreneurship, such as equal legal rights and access to education, are lacking. In 21 of the 30 countries, for example, women do not have the same access to employment as men do.
It is also important to note that, although 30 countries might seem like a low number, they represent 66% of the world’s female population and 75% of the world’s GDP.

This is a real story of a female’s cop daily life.
It is also a tribute to all women who are serving their country, and have rendered their lives to protect us.
One of the professions I could say we admire the most is that of the Police Department and the Fire Department.
Every day, they go to work with uncertainty not knowing what the day will bringing forth; or what risks they are going to have to take; or what challenges they must overcome and survive.
Yes, the live of a cop is dangerous and overwhelming some times, but at the same time it is rewarding and fulfilling. They are constantly training with strenuous duties and challenging assignments. They are always been scrutinized by the academy, their peers and by themselves. No pressure!
They are protecting our family, friends and neighborhoods from harm. It is hard work but the effort is well worth it. “It is fulfilling” said a police officer I interviewed a few days ago. Her name is Margarette and she is a police woman. She has been on the force for thirty two years; which seemed surprising to me, because she looked like twenty five years old, fit and beautiful!
Margarette as many women on the force, has endured difficult treatment being a female police officer in a male environment or as she said “in a male dominated world.”
“There are three types of men (Margarette says) we have to deal with in the force constantly, and the faster we identify them, the better our chance for survival (or understanding and getting along) is going to be:
1- First we have the men of understanding; the man who does not feel threatened by our presence. Those will treat us as equals on the force, especially when we go on dangerous assignments. They are the best companions and we feel strong working with them side by side.
2- Then we have the second type, the ones who feel threatened. These men seem to feel emasculated with our presence. We have to be careful with this type and endeavor to get along with daily. We need to understand their feelings and their nature in order to work well together. Sometimes is a real challenge for us as women to make them understand that we can do as well and sometime even better!
3- The third type of man that we need to be aware of is the loving one. They are the protectors, the lovers, and the givers. On assignments they may be overly concerned with protecting the women officers. This can cause them to lose focus on the objective of the assignment and we don’t work that well under those circumstances. We prefer the man that has confidence in our abilities and allow us to do the job.”

As women we have to learn to survive in every situation. Not only when serving as a Police Officer, a Fire Fighter or as a house wife. As a woman, you know that you have the “power” to achieve many things in a man’s world. But at the same time we need the proper mental attitude and understanding of what that “man’s world is”
In “How To Survive As A Woman” (It is an e-book with a collection of experiences of women from all over the world) you will read about how many women around the world have survived difficult times in relationships, work, and many facets of life. By these experiences we see how they achieved their goals by simply understanding the “man’s world” Margarette talks about.
When you understand what men want and what they need, you will be better able to assist them in several ways. Why do I say “assist” them? Do they really need our assistance? Well, let me tell you a secret: “when you assist them, you also assist yourself”… see how in: “How To Survive As A Woman”
At this point, we want to thank all women who serve our country and all women who are rendering their lives to their duty.
You are, indeed, the masters of your job and an example to all women around the world. You are to be commended, as wonderful women you are…and as JR mentioned in her book “How To Survive As A Woman”… “You are women of success, value, respect and wisdom! Women will praise you and men will adore you.” Praise and love to all of you!

In view of the latest developments regarding Ray Rice, men and women are confused with this couple for one reason or another.
This is a open letter to “all women living in an abusive relationship” I received from one of those concerned men. And he says…
Permanently written within the pages of history are magnificent achievements of today’s woman. As men, we stand to admire the hard work and tremendous progress made by women over the history of mankind.
Today’s woman is a person of power and influence. In nearly every field of human endeavor, today’s woman has not only come from behind to stand side by side with man; but now is in the forefront, taking the lead and mastery over an unlimited range accomplishments.
She has step away from the stove, put down the mops and crochet needles and has achieved success far beyond even her own expectations.
The days of referring to women as second class citizens are gone forever. We now listen closely to a woman’s perspective, opinions and ideas.
Man now looks at women as not simply nurturing care givers, but as esteemed colleagues in the advancement of mankind’s own future.
Today’s woman is ready to take her in history, among the names now carved in stone and in our hearts: (only to mention a few)
Susan B. Anthony
Saint Joan of Arc
Shirley Temple Black
Juana Ines de la Cruz
Billie Jean King
Juliette Gordon Low
Queen Elizabeth I
3 Things You Should Ask Yourself
Let’s pause for a moment to reflex on you as an individual woman of today.
Consider the following:
Do you see yourself among these women of greatness?
How happy will you be with the answers? I will admit, in my research online, I was shocked and dismayed by the reasoning responses from the “the 10 reasons why a woman will stay in an abusive relationship.”
And I was even more taken back by the television interviews of other women, stating that they could understand and sympathize with the abused woman and they validate her reason in staying in an abusive relationship.
Ladies please, get a hold of your reasoning powers. Don’t be among those who would vigorously stand up for women’s rights in public, in society and in government, and then coward down to a man behind closed doors.
Don’t call these women of achievement and greatness fools by your own conduct and inconsistencies.
If you do so, you would be setting back, and placing women in the ages of darkness, where ignorance and superstition overwhelmed the intellect of men.
A man’s love and devotion is not worth your self-respect, dignity, and most especially your life.
All men are NOT abusive. The vast majority seek to provide, protect and cherish, in a manner worthy of praise and honor.
The abuser on the other hand is certainly manifesting signs of mental deficiencies, in need of treatment, counsel, and assistance.
It is not within a man’s right to abuse anyone, because true place is to secure the sacred gift of life. Not to be violent, but vigilant for goodness and for what is decent and correct.

“Peterson booked and released from Texas jail. By DAVE CAMPBELL
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was booked and released from a Texas jail on a child abuse charge early Saturday, capping a tumultuous week for the NFL in which criticism intensified about how it handled a domestic violence case involving another star player.
Peterson was processed at the Montgomery County jail and released on $15,000 bond, according to a sheriff’s office spokesman, Lt. Brady Fitzgerald. He is charged with causing injury to a child age 14 or younger, allegedly by spanking one of his sons with a wooden switch, or tree branch, in May.”
“Survive As A Woman reported:
In light of recent developments, many are confused and uncertain regarding the issue of child abuse.
As children, we all have received some form of physical correction or punishment. However, when does physical correction become child abuse?
According to current definitions, could we as parent be arrested and indicted for correcting our children in the same manner we were disciplined in our childhood?
These are troubling thoughts and questions. Thinking back to my own childhood physical discipline, even for minor infractions, I was struck by any available object or item in the room at the time, ranging from; electric extension cords, shoes, wooden and metal serving spoons, wooden sticks, iron rods, and thick leather belts.
As a result, I was left with severe wounds, black and blue bruises, and red swollen welts, on every part of my body. These wounds were painful and many times prevented me from sitting down for days after receiving such discipline.
At that time the reaction from the adult community and the authorities were mixed. Some voiced condemnation, while others, especially the authorities, would simple look the other way, stating; “you must have done something very wrong and deserved it.”
However, according to the current definitions of child abuse, the arrests and indictments of my father would numbered in the myriads, with many life time sentences to follow.
All this begs the question; are we licensed to physically discipline our children in the same fashion we were disciplined?
The organization “Childhelp, for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse,” states in the following:
“Child abuse consists of any act of commission or omission that endangers or impairs a child’s physical or emotional health and development. Child abuse includes any damage done to a child which cannot be reasonably explained and which is often represented by an injury or series of injuries appearing to be non-accidental in nature.”
This same source also helps us appreciation that there are several different forms of Child Abuse; Physical abuse, Sexual abuse, Neglect, and Emotional abuse.
“Any non-accidental injury to a child. This includes hitting, kicking, slapping, shaking, burning, pinching, hair pulling, biting, choking, throwing, shoving, whipping, and paddling.”
“Any sexual act between an adult and child. This includes fondling, penetration, intercourse, exploitation, pornography, exhibitionism, child prostitution, group sex, oral sex, or forced observation of sexual acts.”
“Failure to provide for a child’s physical needs. This includes lack of supervision, inappropriate housing or shelter, inadequate provision of food and water, inappropriate clothing for season or weather, abandonment, denial of medical care and inadequate hygiene.”
“Any attitude or behavior which interferes with a child’s mental health or social development. This includes yelling, screaming, name-calling, shaming, negative comparisons to others, telling them they are “bad, no good, worthless” or “a mistake.”
It also includes the failure to provide the affection and support necessary for the development of a child’s emotional, social, physical and intellectual well-being. This includes ignoring, lack of appropriate physical affection (hugs), not saying “I love you,” withdrawal of attention, lack of praise and lack of positive reinforcement.”
These definitions may seem to leave us with more questions than answers.
What does the law state both Federal and State regarding this matter? According to the Child Welfare Information Gateway:
“Definitions of Child Abuse and Neglect in Federal Law”Federal legislation provides guidance to States by identifying a minimum set of acts or behaviors that define child abuse and neglect. The Federal Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) (42 U.S.C.A. § 5106g), as amended by the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, defines child abuse and neglect as, at minimum:
For a clear definition of the subject in your state, check with the Children’s Bureau, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
In conclusion, we must clearly state that we have no conclusion. Further investigation is needed to completely and fully comprehend the issue of Child Abuse.
However we can overcome some resentment by listening to other experiences. Please download: “How to Survive The Memories of an Abusive Parent”
